Great for him but it won't effect me at all. I compare the news to an announcement of a new CEO of a major business in another country, big deal.

If it won't affect you, then why do you feel the need to share it with us?

He is said to be a humble man like St. Francis. The significance of the name can be found by reading the "Prayer of St. Francis". I hope that he will lead the church in a direction that will make it whole.

Quite simply the title in part asks,"What do you Think?". So I answered accordingly. If you don't like my comment, move on.
