Dear Mayor & Council,

It is with deep regret that I must apologize to each and everyone of you. I have lied continuously regarding GallowayTwpNews.com. I have lied to many of you individually and to the media as well.

From the first day GallowayTwpNews.com was launched, Lisa Tilton was involved, she also partly funded the site. The majority of the content published was written by her. Neither of us used a byline. All content was published under the generic byline of "News Desk". To the best of my recollection all but one post about Lisa Tilton was written by Lisa Tilton or she provided all information which included the color copy of her discipline record. Tilton also later admitted some of the anonymous information received by email was sent by her and former Mayor Keith Hartman.

I would estimate that close to 95% of all OPRA request filed from my email addresses were filed by Lisa Tilton who had access to the user name and password. Tilton also communicated with the Township Clerks and JIF using my email during OPRA disputes. Some of the GRC complaints were encouraged by Tilton and I had her assistance is filing them. The Sunshine Law violation filed with the Atlantic County Prosecutors Office was written by Tilton and signed by me.

Many of the employee informants who provided information were directly recruited by Tilton. One of the informants was the Townships JIF commissioner who gave her information as to the townships legal moves in her case. The information was then given to her attorney, according to Tilton.

According to Tilton during mediation the Township first only offered her $50,000. After she was able to convince the Judge/mediator she had nothing to do with GallowayTwpNews.com the Township offered her $250,000. After Tilton explained the play by play of the meeting I asked her several times to confirm what she just told me in disbelieve that what was done on the website resulted in the majority of the settlement amount. In my opinion it was wrong of Tilton to accept the money knowing full well her day to day involvement with GallowayTwpNews.com.

While I had good intentions for launching the website I became swept up in Tilton's Vengeance. I at first took her as a victim but as the Mayor tried to warn me over and over again "Tilton is not innocent". The daily contact and pressure I experienced from Tilton took a heavy toll on me psychologically. Dealing with Autism and my poor social skills made it difficult for me to stop what was going on when I had the chance. I attempted to get away from her several times since the launch or the website. At times I would block her phone number and on Facebook. She would always find away back into using my name and website to fight her battles. Last week I finally had a mental brake down after Tilton continued to contact me when I told her to leave me alone. I sent her attorney an email telling him to keep her away from me or I would disclose the truth behind the website. After reflection I decided my health could no longer take the weight of living this lie that continues to follow me. I have contacted the Township solicitor and I am willing to cooperate in anyway possible to clear what I have done up. Today I was interviewed by Police and will continue to cooperate with them also.

When I stared the website I wanted to expose the evils of Government that our founding fathers warned us about. The self serving politics that goes on in the name of governance is the true demise of our once great nation. I have sinned against the very people I claimed to defend in the name of Liberty. God forgive me.
