Police Blotter Includes Multiple CDS Arrests

Five burglaries were also reported during this period.

 

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates Jan. 2-8, 2012 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 1.056 calls for service. Of those calls, 78 were Emergency Medical Calls, 16 were Fire Calls, 15 were Domestic Violence Calls, and 13 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were 47 total arrests made and 150 tickets were issued.

* Three building burglaries and two car burglaries were reported during this time. The building burglaries took place on Aloe Street on Jan. 3; West White Horse Pike on Jan. 5; and North Garden Street on Jan. 6. Cars were burglarized on East Great Creek Road and on East Seventh Avenue, both on Jan. 3.

* Samantha Ratty, 23, of Galloway was arrested by Ptl. Jacqueline Crocker on Jan. 2 for hindering apprehension. She was released on a summons.

* Verna C. Watkins, 45, of Egg Harbor City was arrested by Ptl. Patrick Neal on Jan. 3 for possession of CDS and CDS paraphernalia. She was lodged in lieu of $25,000 full bail.

* Elijah Metts, 22, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Christian Magazzu on Jan. 3 for possession of CDS and improper behavior. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on an outstanding warrant.

* Quinn McCord, 23, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Jason Kiamos on Jan. 4 for possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was released on summonses.

* Kristen Fedorko, 32 of Lower Egg Harbor Township, and Kenneth Montanye, 24, of Toms River, were arrested by Ptl. Jason Kiamos on Jan. 5 for possession of CDS paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needles. They were released on summonses.

* Crayton W. Williams, 37, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Bryan Casey on Jan. 6 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* Tayshawn S. Gordon, 27, of Galloway, was arrested by Det. Ryan Goerhinger on Jan. 6 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* George D. Dean, Jr., 23, of Port Republic, was arrested by Cpl. Mark D’Esposito on Jan. 6 for possession of CDS.  He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility for an outstanding warrant.

* Noah L. Pace, 37, of Trenton, was arrested by Ptl. John Mooney on Jan. 7 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* Anthony J. Robinson, 32, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Kevin Welsh and Ptl. Bryan Casey on Jan. 7 for distribution of CDS, possession of CDS, CDS paraphernalia and hypodermic needles and simple assault. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $75,000 full bail.
