Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates Jan. 9-15, 2012 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 1.195 calls for service. Of those calls, 95 were Emergency Medical Calls, 11 were Fire Calls, seven were Domestic Violence Calls, and 20 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were 40 total arrests made, including two DWIs, and 124 tickets were issued.

* Two buildings were burglarized during this period, including one on Jan. 11 on South Wood Lane and one on Jan. 12 on South Philadelphia Avenue. A car was burglarized on Jan. 12 on West White Horse Pike.

* Shawntoni L. Boyette, 29, of Hamilton, was arrested by Ptl. Kevin Costa on Jan. 10 for obstruction of the administration of law. He was released on a summons.

* John M. Coles Jr., 20, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger on Jan. 11 for possession of CDS and possession with intent to distribute. He was released on summonses.

* Melissa F. Young, 48, of Brigantine, was arrested by Ptl. Paul Smith on Jan. 11 for assault. She was released on a summons.

* Shayta B. Garner, 25, of Hammonton, was arrested by Ptl. Vincent Ceci on Jan. 12 for obstruction, resisting arrest and improper behavior. She was released on a summons.

* Mark A. Cooper, 50, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Patrick Neal on Jan. 12 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* Joseph Kozenskie, 32, and Darryl K. Kozenskie, Jr, 20, both of Galloway, were arrested by Ptl. Rita Abatemarco on Jan. 12 for burglary and theft. They were lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $25,000 full bail, each.

* William J. Mooney Jr., 28, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Jacqueline Crocker on Jan. 12 for hindering apprehension. He was released on a summons.  

* Sean R. Stewart, 26, of Galloway, was arrested by Spc. Ofc. P. Ryba on Jan. 13 for possession of hypodermic needles and CDS paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

* Matthew Ceballos, 19, of Creskill, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger on Jan. 13 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* Leonard J. Desaro, 56, of Forked River, was arrested by Spc. Ofc. P. Ryba on Jan. 13 for obstructing the administration of law. He was released on a summons.

* David C. Devlin, 26, of Absecon, was arrested by Ptl.  Scott Winneberger on Jan. 14 for DWI. He was released on a summons.

* John C. Parker, 23, of Cologne, was arrested by Ptl. Robert Bauer on Jan. 15 for DWI.   He was released on a summons.

* Javier A. Alarcon, 30, of Atlantic City, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger on Jan. 15 for hindering apprehension. He was released on a summons.
