Tee Times Set for ShopRite LPGA Classic Opening Round

Local favorite will tee off first at the ShopRite LPGA Classic on Friday.

She will be paired with Pernilla Lindberg and Birdie Kim. The threesome will tee off at 6 a.m. at the Seaview Dolce Resort.

Oakcrest High School graduate and Mays Landing native Joanna Coe won't have to wake up quite so early to make her professional debut. She will join Na On Min and Mina Harigae in teeing off at 1:12 p.m.

The now 16-year-old made a splash at last year's tournament when she made her professional debut in Galloway Township. Thompson has a limited number of tournaments she may compete in this year, and she decided to return to the course where she got her first big break.

Coe will be making her pro debut close to the town she called home her whole life. She is currently attending Rollins College, where she competes on the golf team.

Defending tournament champion Ai Miyazato takes the course at 11:44 a.m. She will be paired with fourth-ranked Na Yeon Choi and Stacy Lewis, the winner of this year's Kraft Nabisco Championship.

Those hoping to catch the No. 1 player in the world will want to head out to the 10th tee at 11 a.m. That's when and where Yani Tseng will make her 2011 ShopRite LPGA Classic debut.

She will be paired with 1999 tournament winner and Hall of Famer Se Ri Pak and Jee Young Lee.
