Bill Vigrass, retired Assistant General Manager of PATCO will feature several of his films taken in the mid 1960s. They include The Philadelphia & Western, the The Red Arrow Lines and some PRR & Reading commuter operations. The meeting is free and open to anybody who has an interest in trains, trolleys, subways or any other flanged wheel on steel rail technologies. The hall is handicap accessible and parking is available on-street or in several local lots.
