The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey’s Oratorio Society is looking for singers to take part in the performances throughout the academic year.
“This is a great opportunity for anyone who always wanted to sing in public but who were limited in the past to singing in the shower,” said Dr. Beverly Vaughn, who will direct the performance. “Shyness is not an excuse. If you are a little bit shy, bring a friend!”
Vaughn said groups of singers were also welcome to take part in the Society, made up of Stockton students, staff, faculty, and community members.
All interested persons are invited to join the Stockton Oratorio Society in their weekly rehearsals on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:30 p.m. in room H-102 of the campus here. For further information, please call Stockton’s Division of Arts and Humanities at (609) 652-4505.
