Hello and Welcome to “Our Little Blog Patch” from Ava Holly

Now that all the fireworks are over and we begin to go through our Summer routines, let's take

a moment and chat about the power of NETWORKING. This is not the networking itself , per

say, but the POWER of the networking process. This is something that you can do even while

you are relaxing at the beach or on your fishing excursion with a friend.

So whether you like social networking, groups of networking, one on ones or phone chats, you

are networking in some way all the time. A good salesperson says that you are always

SELLING. This is true for you are selling yourself wherever you go. A good net-worker knows

that he/she is ALWAYS networking.

Ok so let's say you are new and don't know where to start. First off, let me send you to

facebook. Just go to www.facebook.com and take a look around. If you haven't done so yet,

please go and “LIKE” my business page. You just type in 4 A STAR in the search bar at the top

and you can go there and see all the things we are doing, all the positive people of the day, and

all the video clips of cool places you can check out and NETWORK in. Besides, I need more

people to “LIKE” my page. Hahaha.... well this is true, but this is a good start to get an idea of

how to check out the social or on-line way of the network. Extremely powerful. I was just at the

site and found an old friend, we exchanged cell numbers and in 2 minutes we caught up and

were able to re-kindle our business and personal relations.

Another great power is the one on one networking situation. This one is extremely important for

you never know what that power holds. I had breakfast with an associate this morning.

Someone I've known for 5 yrs. Never knew she lived in another State, where my parents lived.

Found out about some of her desires as to business opportunities that I never knew we shared.

Also found out about another way of networking......EXTREME COUPONING...WELL ….

How is that another way of networking????? Just think, she told me she needs 15 circulars each

week to cut out coupons. She stores them in a book that she just picked up at the local supply

store. She then told me that all of her associates in her office bring her these 15 circulars so she

doesn't buy them. She also told me that they all know what she is doing and they see her

CONSTANTLY. She can sell things when they see her, she can have conversations about

other things both business and personal and they all know who to go to to GET IT DONE!

On top of that, she is saving over 300.00 a week by doing this. How cool is that? I found

all this out over a 45 min. breakfast.

The power of your networking groups relies on your ability to have a ONE ON ONE. This is

easy even for the shyest person. So go out and capture that power... do it today, do it at the

beach, on your boat, in your car at a party a picnic or on line at my site.... or your site...
