Nails Plus Newest Addition to Historic Smithville
Customer called it the best pedicure she has ever had.
Misoon Jeon has been working at nail salons for more than 10 years, but it's only been a few weeks since she's owned her own salon: Nails Plus in Historic Smithville.
Jeon says that her hope is for customers to enjoy their time at the salon and to be able to relax while they are there. On Saturday, one of her customers did just that.
"It was the best pedicure I've ever had," said Marge Burke of Smithville, who noted the massage and the stones used on her legs, which come with the $25 cost of the pedicure, were especially relaxing.

A manicure at Nails Plus is $12, and a mani/pedi-combo costs $35. The salon has padded chairs for pedicures and seats with pillows at the manicure station. All the seats face a large, flat-screen television.
The salon also offers nail designs ($5 or more), polish changes ($6 or $10), callus treatment ($10), color gel ($25), and waxing: Eye brows for $8, lips for $6, full face for $25, bikini waxes for $15 or more and full legs for $45.

Nails Plus also sells lotions, clippers and nail polish in dozens of different colors.
The salon is open Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
