British Car Show Canceled
Inclement weather forces cancellation of rescheduled show in Smithville.
The British Car Show, rescheduled from last Saturday due to inclement weather, has been canceled due to the rainy conditions that have struck the area for a second week in a row.
The show was set to be the first event of the year in Smithville. Instead, next weekend's Children's Festival will be the initial event of the year. The Performing Arts Day follows the ensuing weekend before Smithville's annual Mayfest the weekend of May 14.
