Galloway ShopRite Closes at 10 a.m., Super Foodtown Open Until 3

Due to the travel ban and possible flooding.

Galloway residents making a last run to the grocery store for supplies ahead of Hurricane Sandy have a limited amount of time to do so.

According to representatives from ShopRite on South Pitney Road in Galloway, the store closed at 10 a.m. Smitty's Super Foodtown will remain open slightly longer, until 3 p.m.

Both food stores have kept their shelves stocked throughout the weekend, providing customers with milk, water, batteries, eggs, bread and all other needs.
