Go Green Galloway to Screen Movie Concerning Bees May 14

The Strange Disappearance of the Bees comes to the library for a 7 p.m. screening.

Go Green Galloway and the continue their partnership to bring environmental films to the public's attention.

This time, the two will team up to present, "The Strange Disappearance of the Bees," an Icarus Films documentary that explores the topic of colony collapse disorder, Go Green Galloway said in a release.

"Bees are disappearing worldwide, and the film explores the possible reasons behind this disturbing phenomenon," according to Go Green Galloway's release.

It is the fifth film the two organizations have collaborated to present to the public. Past films included, "Dirt! The Movie," and "Bag It! The Movie," among others.

The event is free and open to the public. There will be light refreshments, including Fair Trade Coffee, courtesy , according to Go Green Galloway.
