Hazardous Weather Outlook in Effect
The National Weather Service warns those who are driving this morning of slippery conditions.
As snow continues to fall on the region, the National Weather Service out of Mount Holly has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook as of 6:15 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 11.
Temperatures this morning were around freezing and little change is expected around daybreak, according to the weather service. However, the total snow accumulation for the day is expected to be less than an inch, according to the forecast.
The service warns those driving of slippery conditions, to maintain a safe distance from other drivers and to avoid sudden turns and breaking.
