Historical Society, Absegami Crew, Boy Scouts Postpone Events
All three events were postponed due to weather.
Friday night's snowstorm brought with it its share of postponements, as three events scheduled to take place today have been postponed.
The Galloway Township Historical Society's Open House, scheduled for today, Feb. 9, has been rescheduled for next Saturday, Feb. 16, according to posts on that group's Facebook page. It will be the third Open House the group has held in three months.
The Absegami High School crew team has postponed its Ergathon. It is now scheduled to take place Feb. 23, according to Sallye Hershman, Director of Fundraising for Absegami Crew.

All Absegami and Greater Egg Harbor Regional School District events have been postponed or canceled.
Finally, the Galloway Cub Scout Breakfast scheduled for 9 a.m. at St. Mark and All Saints Episcopal Church has been postponed. No new date for the Pack 12 Cub Scout group's event has been set.
