Coopertowne Center Walking Tour and Happy Hour: Presented by Urban Land Institute South Philadelphia Regional Council

Join ULI South Jersey’s Regional Council on a walking tour of Coopertowne center and see firsthand how a common vision of political leaders, owner/developer of retail projects, affordable and market-rate housing developers, boutique brewery, NJ Green Acres and Wal-Mart transformed a defunct strip center into a walkable mixed-use true downtown for Somerdale, NJ. The assessed value of the center rose from $7 million to $60 million over a decade due to partnerships and diverse users.

Tour guides include Mayor Gary J. Passanante, Somerdale Borough; Angelo Alberto, Principal, Alberto & Associates; Randy Cherkas, Partner, Grapevine Development; Sam Leone, Project Director, Conifer Realty; Gene Muller, Founder, Flying Fish Brewery; and John Orrico, President, National Realty & Development Corp.

Special thanks to Supporting Sponsors: Alberto & Associates, National Realty & Development Corp., and Participating Sponsor Conifer Realty, LLC.

Registration is required. Please register here or visit http://bit.ly/15EHRLv before September 20, 2013.
