Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, The Service of the Great and Small Paraklesis for the Dormition of the Theotokos

August 1-15  is important  for Orthodox Christians.  It is the celebration of  the Dormition of the Theotokos and her ascent to the heavens.  Also called the
"Dekapentavgousto" as the Paraklesis Services, termed Intercessory Services are held in the evenings, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, until the Feast Day celebration on August 15.

The hymns are chanted in English and in Greek.  There are copies of the service for everyone to follow along.  Visitors are welcome to join our Parishioners for the services.  Please visit us on our website at http://holytrinityeggharbor.com/
