Please take a moment to remember those who have given their lives for our country and our freedom. Please say a prayer of thanks at your dinner table on Memorial Day for all fallen soldiers. We are able to celebrate our holidays with our family and friends because of them.

Have a fun and safe Memorial Day weekend, everyone!

Grilled Asparagus - Use thick spears of asparagus (Costco has the best). Cut the spears into 1-1/4 inch pieces. Boil the asparagus for two minutes. Drain and return to the pot, and coat lightly with olive oil. Using a grill basket and a low to medium temperature grill, dump the boiled asparagus into the grill basket. Stir frequently to avoid burning, but making sure you get a little blackening evenly. Return asparagus to the pot with the residual olive oil. Serve with hollandaise sauce.
