Absecon Man Indicted on 50 Counts in Sexual Assault Case

Charges brought against Brian Killion include possession of child pornography.

A 38-year-old Absecon man was indicted by an Atlantic County grand jury on 50 counts, including aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of child pornography, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said on Tuesday.

Brian E. Killion was also indicted on counts of aggravated sexual contact, possession of obscene material and the manufacturing of child pornography, according to Atlantic County Assistant Prosecutor Pamela D'Arcy. D'Arcy presented the case before the grand jury.

Killion is accused of sexually assaulting five boys at different times in his home, two other locations in Atlantic County, in the campgrounds in Burlington and Cape May counties and at a victim's home in Camden County, D'Arcy said.

Aggravated sexual assault is a first-degree crime, and carries with it a maximum prison sentence of up to 20 years and $200,000 fine.

Endangering the welfare of a child, possession of obscene material and aggravated criminal sexual contact are second-degree crimes that carry prison terms of up to 10 years and a $150,000 fine.
