Galloway Police Blotter: Aug. 20-26

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates Aug. 20-26, 2012 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

responded to 891 calls for service. Of those calls, 100 were Emergency Medical Calls, 17 were Fire Calls, 10 were Domestic Violence Calls, and 15 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were 30 total arrests made, including one DWI and 64 tickets were issued.

* Buildings were burglarized on Tilton Road and Vine Avenue on Aug. 22, and on East Brown Avenue on Aug. 23. Four vehicles were robbed on Aug. 22, including two on South Upas Avenue and two on Vine Avenue.

* Brian Pincus, 21, of Galloway, was arrested by Det. Ro Latoracca on Aug. 20 for burglary and theft. He was released on a summons.

* Philip Bradley, 46, of Philadelphia, PA, was arrested by Ptl. Matthew Worth on Aug. 20 on a fugitive warrant from Pennsylvania. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on that and other warrants.

* Michael T. McKiernan, Jr., 21, of Atlantic City, was arrested by Special Officer Ronald Stephensen on Aug. 20 on a fugitive warrant from Pennsylvania. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility.

* Nikunjkum R. Prajapati, 19, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger on Aug. 21 for DWI. He was released on a summons. 

* Alexis C. DiDato, 24, of Lanoka Harbor, was arrested by Ptl. Jacqueline Crocker on Aug. 22 for hindering apprehension. She was released on a summons.

* Gunnar H. North, 26, of Palermo, was arrested by Ptl. William Schroer on Aug. 22 for burglary, theft, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $35,000 full bail.

* Steven A. Rebolledo-Pezzotti, 24, of Egg Harbor, was arrested by Ptl. Vincent Ceci on Aug. 23 for DWI, possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

* Joseph V. Mechetti, 55, of Edison, was arrested by Ptl. Kevin Jorgensen on Aug. 24 for DWI.  He was released on a summons.

* Jabril D. Mason, 18, of Galloway, was arrested by Det. Ryan Goehringer on Aug. 24 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* Dayquan N. Smith, 28, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger on Aug. 25 for hindering apprehension. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on outstanding warrants.

* Three 16-year-old boys and one 15-year-old boy were charged by Ptl. Matthew Worth on Aug. 23 with burglary and criminal mischief. They were released on juvenile summonses.
