Galloway Police Blotter: Dec. 10-16, 2012

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates Dec. 10-16, 2012 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 861 calls for service. Of those calls, 89 were Emergency Medical Calls, six were Fire Calls, 19 were Domestic Violence Calls, and 24 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were 33 total arrests made, including one juvenile and two DWI and 86 tickets were issued.

* Buildings were burglarized on Dec. 11 on Meadown Ridge Road; on Dec. 14 on Seventh Avenue; on Dec. 15 on Abraham Avenue; on Dec. 15 on Damson Avenue; and on Dec. 16 on Oakbourne Avenue. Vehicle burglaries took place on Dec. 10 on Cherokee Drive; on Dec. 12 on East White Horse Pike; and on Dec. 13on Cos Cob Drive.

* Sean Clarke, 18, of Absecon, was arrested by Ofc. Ron Gorneau on Dec. 10 for Possession of CDS during a motor vehicle stop.  He was released on a summons.

* Steven T. Hayes Jr., 18, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. Ron Gorneau on Dec. 10 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle during a motor vehicle stop.  He was released on a summons.

* Derreck M. Robinson, 20, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. Przemyslaw Ryba on Dec. 12 for Simple Assault and Harassment following a disturbance. He was released on a summons.

* Arpan M. Shah, 28, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. Przemyslaw Ryba on Dec. 12 for Possession of CDS (marijuana under 50g) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a suspicious motor vehicle investigation.  He was released on a summons.

* Jessica Travis, 24, of Egg Harbor City, was arrested by Ofc. Patrick Neal on Dec. 13 for DWI.  She was released on a summons.

* Luis A. Figueroa, 54, and Alex Morales, 32, of Egg Harbor City, were arrested by Ofc. Tom Guercioni on Dec. 13 for Receiving Stolen Property.  Both were released on summonses.

* Daniel Diaz, 18, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. Przemyslaw Ryba on Dec. 14 for Possession of CDS (marijuana under 50g), Distribution of CDS and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a suspicious motor vehicle investigation.  He was released on a summons. 

* Dalene White, 50, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. William Kline on Dec. 14 for DWI.  She was released on a summons.

* Oscar Oyola Jr., 26, of Galloway, was arrested by K-9 Ofc. Scott Winneberger on Dec. 15 for DWI and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle accident.  He was released on a summons.

* Paul J. Heriegel III, 24, of New Gretna, was arrested by Ofc. Matthew Worth on Dec. 15 for Robbery and Theft.  Bail was set at $75,000/full and he was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility. 

* Francis Baldwin IV, 29, of Absecon, was arrested by K-9 Ofc. Scott Winneberger on Dec. 15 for DWI and Possession of CDS.  He was released on a summons.
