Galloway Police Blotter: Dec. 3-9, 2012

Those accused are innocent until proven guilty.

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates Dec. 3-9, 2012 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 884 calls for service. Of those calls, 100 were Emergency Medical Calls, 18 were Fire Calls, eight were Domestic Violence Calls, and 35 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were 28 total arrests made, including a DWI and 85 tickets were issued.

* Buildings were burglarized on Dec. 3 on Crestview Avenue; Dec. 4 on South Ash Avenue; Dec. 5 on Aloe Street; Dec. 9 on Oakbourne Avenue; and Dec. 9 on the 200 block of West White Horse Pike. Vehicles were burglarized on Dec. 7 on Turner Avenue, and on Dec. 9 on Apache Court.

* Samuel J. Holland, 18, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. John Mooney on Dec. 3 for Possession of CDS (Marijuana Under 50 Grams) and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a summons.

* Joan St. Claire, 52, of Galloway, was arrested my Ptl. Kevin Jorgensen on Dec. 3 for Obstructing the Administration of Law. She was released on a summons.

* Amanda Fattoross, 21, was arrested by K-9 Cpl. Mark D’Esposito on Dec. 4 for Possession of CDS, Possession of a Hypodermic Needle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia during a motor vehicle stop.  She was released on a summons.

* Debra M. Goldstein, 55, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. John Mooney on Dec. 4 for DWI following a motor vehicle accident. She was released on a summons.

* Bernard B. Roberson, 24, of Galloway, was arrested by Det. Ryan Goehringer on Dec. 5 for Burglary, Theft, Possession of CDS (Cocaine) and Possession of a Hypodermic Needle following a burglary investigation from Dec. 4. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail. Ptl. Smith assisted with the initial investigation.

* Dariel N. Moore, 44, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Kevin Costa on Dec. 5 for Possession of CDS (Prescription Pills and Marijuana Under 50 Grams), Possession of a Hypodermic Needle, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released on a summons.

* Nathanial Parks, 29, of Galloway, was arrested by K-9 Ofc. Winneberger on Dec. 6 for Possession of CDS (Marijuana Under 50 Grams) during a motor vehicle stop. He was released on a summons.

* Michelle Rodriguez, 25, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. Ron Gorneau on Dec. 7 for Hindering Apprehension and Making a Fictitious Report to Police.  She was released on a summons.

* Michael R. Defilippo, 19, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Daniel Weigle on Dec. 8 for Underage DWI following a one-vehicle accident. He was released on a summons.
