Hi Tony, I have been very impressed with the professionalism and fine conduct of the several Galloway Police Officers with whom I have had occasion to interact. I know that the budgetary constraints have forced a downsizing of the Force, addidng pressure to the remaining officers. Perhaps it's time to decriminalize CDC so as to free up the officer's time to catch the really bad guys. What does the Patch think? Best regards. Joel Ollander

Joel, The problem with decriminilization will result in more activity for the police. More junkies to rob, steal and loot the common people.
