Galloway Police Blotter: Sept. 17-23

This week's blotter includes the arrest of an Illinois resident in Galloway.

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates Sept. 17-23, 2012 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 693 calls for service. Of those calls, 12 were Emergency Medical Calls, nine were Fire Calls, four were Domestic Violence Calls, and 21 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were 25 total arrests made, including a DWI and 70 tickets were issued.

* A business was burglarized on the 200 block of West White Horse Pike.

* Lachaye M. Hoskins, 21 of Galloway, was arrested by Officer Jason Kiamos on Sept. 17 for Hindering Apprehension. She was released on a summons.

* Wayne B. Greer III, 33, of Mullica Township, was arrested by Officer Ronald Gorneau for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

* Joseph Ruggeri, 30, of Galloway, was arrested by Officer Scott Winneberger on Sept. 21 for Possession of CDS (pills.) He was released on a summons. In the same incident, Robert Phillips, 28, of Hamilton Township, was also arrested and charged with Possession of CDS and Hindering Apprehension. His bail was set at $1,000, and he was transported to the Atlantic County Justice Facility.

* Jarrod D. Renfroe, 23, of Country Club Hills, IL, was arrested by Officer Jason Kiamos on Sept. 22 for Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams. He was released on a summons

* Johnny J. Dick Jr , 36 of Galloway, was arrested by Officer Scott Winneberger on Sept. 23 for DWI.
