Junkies are trolling the neighborhoods stealing "scrap" at alarming rates in this region. Lock up your house and neighbors need to look out for one another. The scrap yards accepting basically stolen property from the same strung out thieves every day should be prosecuted for receiving stolen property. They know the source is not legit yet they drive this growing problem by purchasing the copper to make a buck on the back end of the crime.

Why the heck was this fool released? The GTPD just let a person with a large track record loose on the streets. This will only encourage him to keep doing what he has been doing and miss court again. I just wish the GTPD would use their common sense.

Jesse Patten= Idiot for doing what he was doing and getting caught in the process. GTPD= Bigger idiots for letting him back out on the streets. Let's see how long it will take for us to read about this guy again.

September 25, 2013 this scum was arrested for theft also. I think there's a pattern here. Hopefully the judge sees it too.
