Galloway Township Police are seeking a male suspect in his mid-30's in connection with an attempted child abduction that took place Wednesday morning, March 6.
The man, described as an Hispanic male between 5'4" and 5'6", stocky build with short cropped black hair, mustache and goatee, attempted to lure a 14-year-old girl near Route 9 and Chanese Lane around 8:30 Wednesday morning, police said.
He was driving a newer model Black BMW 4-door sedan, and fled down Route 9 following a brief struggle, police said. He was wearing jeans and a blue jacket, according to police.
The girl suffered a minor foot injury during the struggle, police said. Officer Stever Garrison is investigating the incident.
