Galloway Township Police Blotter: March 24-30, 2013

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates March 24-30, 2013 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 878 calls for service. Of these, 102 were emergency medical calls, 17 were fire calls, 13 were domestic violence calls and 20 were motor vehicle accidents. Officers made 32 arrests and issued 102 tickets, including three DWI.

* Kevin M. Graham, 47, of Oxford, was arrested by Ofc. Carolyn Buckley on March 24 for DWI and endangering the welfare of a child following a single vehicle accident.

* Samar W. Smiley, 31, of Atlantic City, was arrested by Ofc. William Kline on March 24 for hindering apprehension.

* Ryan D. Manley, 25, of Egg Harbor, was arrested by Ofc. Kerry Baerman on March 24 for DWI and possession of marijuana under 50 grams, following a single vehicle accident.

* Timothy C. Wells, II, 25, of Buena Boro, was arrested by Ofc. Ronald Gorneau on March 24 for aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, obstruction and hindering.

* Chase M. Epstein, 19, Michael W. Carter, 19, and Jake R. Peterson, 18, all of Marlton, were arrested by Ofc. Steven Garrison on March 26 for criminal trespass. Peterson was also charged with theft.

* Joseph C. Laverde II, 47, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. William Kline on March 27 for shoplifting.

* Wilhelmus M. Dreessen II, 26, of Jackson, was arrested by Ofc. Scott Winneberger on March 27 for possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession o CDS paraphernalia.

* Corey J. Herold, 24, of Egg Harbor, was arrested by Officer Premyslaw Ryba on March 29 for criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

* Kristina Bacon, 31, of Farmington, was arrested by Sgt. Mark D’Esposito on March 29 for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

* Winsel M. Lyles, III, 46, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Jorgensen on March 29 for DWI following a single vehicle accident.

* Andrew L. Pollock, 25, of Galloway, was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Welsh on March 30 for possession of marijuana under 50 grams

* Two juvenile boys, one 17, from Absecon and one 16, from Galloway, were charged by Ofc. Thomas Guercioni for defiant trespass and theft.
