ARRESTS:

• Heather Wolfe, 34, of Hertford NC was arrested by Ofc. Vincent Ceci for DWI, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of CDS on November 10.
• James L. Farmer, 26, of Atlantic City was arrested by Ofc. Przemyslaw Ryba for hindering apprehension on November 12.
• Oscar A. Bernard, 39, and Raynece L. Young, 35, of Galloway were arrested by Det. Bryan Casey for manufacturing /distributing CDS and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana on November 15.
• Wilbert A. Deberry, 42, of Galloway was arrested by Det. Jason Kiamos for possession of CDS, manufacturing CDS, distributing heroin, possession of weapons, receiving stolen property, possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana, and possession of firearms for unlawful purpose on November 15.
