Simons was traveling on his 2002 Suzuki GSXR motorcycle east on Moss Mill Road when he attempted to pass the Toyota being driven by Kathy Eisele, also of Galloway Township. Eisele was attempting to turn onto Vienna Avenue at the time, and the area of the road in question is a no-passing zone for eastbound traffic, police said.
