The Coast Guard is calling the scope of the pollution "minor."

One person has been taken to a local hospital and 50 gallons of hyrdaulic fuel were leaked as the result of an overturned crane in Gardener's Basin outside Absecon Bay Tuesday evening, Jan. 29, according to the Atlantic City Coast Guard.
