A 29-year-old Philadelphia man who was shot to death in Pleasantville Tuesday night, Oct. 9, has been identified as Jamaal K. Hill, Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor James P. McClain announced Thursday morning.
The perpetrator remains at large.
According to McClain, Hill was shot to death on the 900 block of Ashland Avenue just before 9 p.m. Tuesday night. Pleasantville Police found him deceased in the middle of the street after sustaining multiple gunshot wounds, McClain said.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and the Pleasantville Police Department are investigating the homicide, McClain said.
