Police Blotter Includes CDS, DWI and Theft

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates July 25-31, 2011 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 1,057 calls for service. Of those calls, 87 were Emergency Medical Calls, 20 were Fire Calls, 11 were Domestic Violence Calls, and 21 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were also six reported burglaries, 43 total arrests were made, including two D.W.I. arrests, and 107 tickets were issued.

A residential burglary was reported on July 25 on South Fourth Avenue;on July 28 on West White Horse Pike; on July 30 on Federal Court; and on July 31 on Orange Tree Avenue.

On July 29, a burglary was reported at Community Liquors at 334 East White Horse Pike, where nothing was taken. Sweet Things, at 644 West White Horse Pike, reported a burglary on July 31, in which cash and clothing were taken.

* Andrew J. Sterner, 37, of Ewing, was arrested by Ptl. William Kline on July 26 for DWI. He was released on a summons.

* Kevin J. Jepson, 20, of Lower Bank, was arrested by Ptl. Ron Gorneau on July 26 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* Rafal S. Paskiewicz, 26, of Galloway, was arrested by Pt. Kevin Welsh on July 26 for possession of hypodermic needles. He was released on a summons.

* Fernando Ortiz Campos, 27, of Wilmington, DE, was arrested by Ptl. Justin Butler on July 26 for exhibiting false ID and hindering apprehension. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $20,000 full bail.

* Lenora A. Fazio, 22, of Linwood, was arrested by Ptl. Ryan Goehringer on July 28 for two charges of possession of CDS and one of CDS paraphernalia. She was released on a summons.

* Matthew Coking and Zachary Pugliese, both 18 of Galloway, were arrested by Ptl. Kevin Welsh on July 29 for possession of CDS. They were released on summonses.

* Alexandra M. Palacio, 28, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Ron Gorneau on July 30 for DWI. She was released on a summons.

* Michael P. Kha, 20, of Galloway, was arrested by Cpl. Eric Hendrickson on July 31 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* Ralph C. Sitero, 45, of Brigantine, was arrested by Ptl. Ron Gorneau on July 31 for possession of CDS and Possession of CDS paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

* Nicholas M. Scheer, 19, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Ron Gorneau on July 31 for shoplifting and underage consumption of alcohol. He was released on a summons.

* Dylan P. Merva, 18, of Galloway, was arrested by Pt. Brian Tennant on July 31 for making terroristic threats. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $15,000 full bail.

* A 16-year-old boy from Galloway was charged by Ptl. Kevin Welsh on July 25 with theft and failure to make required disposition of property received. He was released on a summons.

* A 17-year-old Galloway boy was charged by Ptl. Robert Bauer on July 25 with shoplifting and hindering apprehension. He was released on a summons.

* A 16-year-old girl from Galloway, was charged with possession of CDS by Ptl. Kevin Welsh on July 29. She was released on a summons.
