Police Blotter Includes Possession, DWI. Trespassing

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates Oct. 31-Nov. 6, 2011 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 1,028 calls for service. Of those calls, 81 were Emergency Medical Calls, 16 were Fire Calls, 10 were Domestic Violence Calls, and 25 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were also three reported burglaries, 33 total arrests were made, including three D.W.I. arrests, and 123 tickets were issued.

* Jeyur M. Patel, 32, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Paul Smith on Oct. 31 for obstruction and harassment. He was released on a summons. 

* Matthew E. Bartling, 23, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger  on Oct. 31 for resisting arrest and obstruction. He was released on a summons.

* Erin M. Alexander, 23, and Stephen A. Williams, 22, were arrested by Ptl. Kevin Costa on Nov. 1 for defiant trespass. They were released on summonses.

* Kelly Freeman, 54, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Daniel Choe on Nov. 1 for resisting arrest and criminal mischief. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on an outstanding warrant.

* Robert J. Rosas, 25, of Galloway was arrested by Ptl. Jason Kiamos on Nov. 1 for tampering with evidence, possession of CDS, possession of CDS paraphernalia and resisting arrest by fleeing. He was released on a summons.

* Susan R. Jones, 40, of Galloway was arrested by Ronald Gorneau on Nov. 1 for DWI. She was released on a summons.

* Omar Rojano, 34, of Galloway was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger on Nov. 2 for hindering apprehension. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on an outstanding warrant.

* Jorge Torres, 37, and Wanda Larochelle, 40, both from Atlantic City, were arrested buy Ptl. Kevin Welsh on Nov. 2 for obstruction of the administration of law, possession of hypodermic needles and possession of CDS paraphernalia. They were released on summonses.

* Geovany Pena-Decano, 34, of Linwood, was arrested by Ptl. Paul Smith on Nov. 3 for DWI. She was released on a summons.

* Ranique DeCibus, 32, of Woodbridge was arrested by Cpl. Mark D’Esposito on Nov. 4 for aggravated assault on an officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. She was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $7,500 full bail.

* Alexander Vanpelt, 22, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Kevin Welsh on Nov. 4 for two counts of possession of CDS, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.

* Skylar M. Marine, 27, of Collingswood, was arrested by Ptl. Steven Vernon on Nov. 5 for criminal mischief. He was released on a summons.

* Thomas J. Kovsh, 21, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winnneberger on Nov. 5 for possession of CDS and tampering with evidence. He was released on a summons.

* Russell L. Krumaker, 34, of Galloway was arrested by Special officer Ronald Stephensen on Nov. 5 for possession of CDS. He was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $15,000 full bail.

* A 17-year-old Galloway girl was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger on Nov. 1 for possession of CDS, possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of CDS on school property. 

* A 16-year-old Galloway boy was charged by Ptl. Daniel Choe on Nov. 4with burglary and theft. He was released on a summons.
