Police Blotter Includes Three Commercial Burglaries and Assaulting a Police Officer

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates June 27-July 3, 2011 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The Galloway Township Police Department responded to 864 calls for service. Of those calls, 102 were Emergency Medical Calls, 23 were Fire Calls, 13 were Domestic Violence Calls, and 14 were Motor Vehicle Accidents. There were also 10 reported burglaries, 23 total arrests were made, including two DWI arrests, and 85 tickets were issued.

A residential burglary was reported on East Magnolia Avenue on June 28. Vehicle burglaries were reported on East White Horse Pike on June 28 and on East Magnolia Avenue; on June 30 on East Reverend Way; and on July 1 on Iroquois Drive.

* Commercial burglaries were reported at the Smithville Inn on June 27 and July 3. Alcohol was taken.

* A commercial burglary was reported on June 27 at Through the Looking Glass, in Smithville. A computer, food scale, monitor, and cash were taken.

* On July 3, Vac and Sew and Atlantic Fuel on 734 West White Horse Pike reported a burglary in which cigarettes were stolen.

* Meghan J. Crawford, 27, of Galloway and Nancy L. Seehafer, 36 of Mays Landing were arrested by Det. Ro Latoracca on June 28 for obtaining CDS by fraud, forgery, conspiracy and theft. They were released on summonses.

* Krystal Camp, 19, of Egg Harbor Twp., was arrested by Ptl. Jason Kiamos on June 28 for possession of CDS and possession of CDS paraphernalia. She was released on a summons.

* Amit R. Patel, 22, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Kevin Costa on July 1 for possession of CDS. He was released on a summons.

* Lamont Jones, 45, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. William Kline on July 1 for DWI. He was released on a summons.

* Brenda L. Skroski, 28, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Kevin Costa on July 3 for aggravated assault on a law officer, resisting arrest, criminal mischief and improper behavior. She was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility on $13,500 full bail.

* Jacqulyn P. Dadamo, 23, of Galloway, was arrested by Ptl. Scott Winneberger on July 3 for DWI. She was released on a summons.

* A 17-year-old male from Atlantic City was charged by Ptl. Hiram Melendez with hindering apprehension and disorderly conduct on June 30. He was released on a juvenile complaint.
