Police Seek Suspect in Vending Machine Robberies in Galloway and Absecon

The robberies took place at motels along Route 30 in Galloway and Absecon on April 18.

The Absecon and Galloway Township police departments are investigating thefts from soda machines at motels on along Route 30 in both towns that took place on April 18 between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., police announced Monday afternoon.

The suspect is described as a bald white male between 40 and 50 years old.

He is seen on video using bolt cutters to break into one machine, and using keys to break into another.

He then flees on Route 30 in what appears to be a light colored sedan, possibly a Nissan Altima.
