Interested in wildlife and the environment? Get involved! There are many different reasons people volunteer, whether it's for career experience, love of wildlife and nature, or getting out of the daily routine. What will be your reason? Come check us out! Meet staff and volunteers under the Big Tent, starting at 1pm. See what opportunities are available; then try an activity yourself! Volunteer activities include education, trail maintenance, working at the visitor center, bird banding and more. Demonstrations of volunteer activities will start at 1:30pm. Archery and native plant activities will be going on throughout the day followed by some free food.
