ACLU Suing Galloway School District For Discrimination

The district is being sued for requiring government-issued photo ID for enrollment, the Courier Post reports.

The Galloway Township School District is one of seven school districts statewide being sued by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) for policies that "discriminate against immigrant families attempting to enroll their children in the district," the Courier Post reports.

Galloway is being sued because they require photo identification issued by the government in order to enroll in their district, which the ACLU says is illegal, according to the report.
