“This is an excellent opportunity for both current financial planners and other college graduates seeking to enter this lucrative field, to obtain the CFP designation,” CFP Program Director Dr. Michael Busler said. “Most of the course work is completed online with a total of 12 Saturday sessions held here on campus.  We designed the program to be thorough while recognizing the needs of working adults.  With the demographics indicating financial planning is a rapidly growing profession, the CFP certification should prove to be very valuable in the future.”

Upon completion of the 10-month program, students will have satisfied the education requirement for the CFP Certification Examination, according to the college. Courses are set to begin Nov. 12.
