In other business, Muller updated the Board of Education on the construction being done at both Oakcrest and high schools in regard to the roofing and HVAC projects approved by voters during last year’s

He reported that the projects were "going as planned." Roofs at Absegami and Oakcest would be completed before school starts in September.

The fire alarm replacement at Absegami may not be finished. If it isn't, the work would be shifted to take place between 3 p.m.and 11 p.m., as opposed to the daytime hours in which the work is currently being done.

District officials will also be meeting with representatives from St. Vincent de Paul Church on Tuesday regarding an access road that Oakcrest High School may or may not be utilizing during the school year.

More information stemming from Tuesday's meeting will be discussed at the board's Aug. 6 meeting. Muller said.
