Galloway's Trick-or-Treat 6-8 P.M. Halloween Night

AtlantiCare and Assumption School also holding costume-related Halloween events.

In about 72 hours, the streets of Galloway Township will be filled with ghouls and goblins seeking the best candy available, and they'll be knocking on your door to find it.

Galloway Township's trick-or-treating hours are Halloween night from 6 to 8 p.m., said Beth Stasuk, deputy director of public works, division of community services, on Friday, Oct. 28.

Prior to that, and give childen a chance to show off their costumes.

AtlantiCare's event takes place in the cafeteria from 10 to 10:30 a.m., as about 70 children, ages six weeks to 5 years old will pay a visit in their costumes. The children will walk from AtlantiCare Kids to the hospital's cafeteria for a morning of trick-or-treating.

"The children enjoy dressing up and trick-or-treating at the hospital," said Tara Costantini, Administrative Director of Child Care Services, AtlantiCare Kids, who plans to dress as the Cat in the Hat. "It also gives staff the opportunity to hand out treats and interact with the children, many of whom are children of ARMC staff."

Assumption's event takes place at 12:24 p.m. in the school's parking lot. Several parents and families will be parked in the school's parking lot in their costumes and hand out candy from their cars as children parade around the parking lot in their costumes. This is an event created by the PTA.
