View Finder: Galloway Charter School Goes Green

Last Thursday, the Galloway Charter School celebrated the environment with a day of activities.

Last Thursday, the Galloway Community Charter School celebrated the environment with a series of Earth-friendly activities.

Kindergartners picked up litter around school; first-graders made biodegradable bird feeders; second-graders presented grasslands animal riddles; third-graders planted wildflowers and sunflowers; fourth-graders planted flowers; fifth-graders cleaned up the outside of the building; sixth-graders presented projects about natural disasters; seventh-graders cleaned the windows around the building; and eighth-graders planted a bush.
