Who: Jeffrey Rosen, president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, prominent constitutional scholar, influential legal commentator and best-selling author and journalist.
What: Rosen will be delivering a keynote speech at Stockton’s Constitution Day, part of a series of events focusing on political awareness and discussion. His talk will focus on privacy and security issues. He will also briefly address other emerging constitutional issues, including voting rights, immigration reform and affirmative action.
