Love that they know your name as you walk in the door. Very friendly staff and anxious to help. All the services I've had have been quick and clean. I've been to many salons over the years and know that just when you get used to someone - they go on vacation and you never see them again. Not here. Also, I am not the routine customer that goes every 2 weeks for a fill. I am one to stretch it out as long as I can, and I have never had a problem with the gel coat or anything else. I think maybe once in the last 3 years I may have had a nail chip the day after, but I went right back in and had it fixed - no problem at all. Happy to have found a place I like and a nail tech I can count on. Thanks Hannah!

I live locally, so I've tried this nail salon a few times. I have NEVER, EVER had a good expierence here. At first, I thought it was just a mistake, or maybe I had an inexpierienced person.... but it never got better. I tried it twice, before this last time. I decided to try the new 'gel' overlay. I have beautiful nails, but I wanted a nail polish that would stay a bit longer, and I was told it would stay for about 1-2 weeks. I paid THIRTY dollars for the manicure. The next day, it was already peeling, but only slightly. By day 3, it was totally off 4 nails. I called to see if they would remove the gel, they said they would soak it off. I went over, got it soaked off, and the owner CHARGED me! She told me if I had asked to have it fixed, she would have done it for free (all of them?!?!), but I asked to have it taked off so I had to pay. She was rude, telling me that if I didn't like it, basically don't come back... not like I would anyway! STAY AWAY! Bad nails, bad customer service, bad job!
I've never had a better experience at a nail salon. I go to Stockton so I can only go during when I'm down at school, and there isn't a place by home that compares. I get acrylics, but I took them off just for the summer because I can't find a place close by that can do them as well as Hannah, or for the amazing price she offers. Highly recommend this place to all my friends at school and anyone looking for a good nail place. You just can't beat it.
