Yoga Nine provides a wide spectrum of Yoga classes for beginners through to those who are experienced and learning to teach. Yoga Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Advanced Vinyasa and Instructor Training courses are all available. Check the Web site for current schedule and workshop opportunities. Tai chi class also available. 

But, Yoga Nine is far more than just a Yoga studio. It is both a studio for yoga practice, a yoga teacher training facility and a store filled with yoga gear, fair-trade products and products made from recycled materials.
