Mt. Fuji Provides Lively Hibachi Experience
The overall experience helps ensure longevity for the sushi bar and hibachi restaurant.
Upon entering Mt. Fuji Hibachi Steakhouse and Sushi Bar, we were greeted with walls papered with Polaroids of local patrons celebrating birthdays, engagements and just a rockin’ Friday night. This instantly put me in a good mood and with the atmosphere being that of a friendly local eatery while staying on the cutting edge of food and entertainment. For the first course, we had Beef Negimaki ($6.25), a dish consisting of thin steaks rolled into “sushi rolls” stuffed with sautéed scallions and served in a sweet, yet savory teriyaki sauce and a Kani Salad ($6.95).
