They are easy to spot. They don't smile much. They look tired. They are tired. They are numb. They are the Sandy zombies. Mitigation and 'Substantial damage' are two different animals in the aggregate sum. Thus, if you had $100,000 in damages, I would think that you would add elevation on top of that when applying for the CDBG. more ›
