The first period took place from in or about September of 1999 to in or about June of 2000, and the second period took place on “various dates” lasting from June 2006-January 2009, according to the indictment.

According to the indictment, Killion is also charged with knowingly and willfully transporting the minor from New Jersey to Florida with the intent of having that minor engage in sexual activity for which Killion could be charged with a criminal offense, in or about February of 2008.

The two counts of manufacturing child pornography carry with them a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison, and a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, the Fishman said.

For the charge of transporting a minor, Killion faces the possibility of anywhere from 10 years to life in prison. For possession, Killion faces a maximum of 10 years in prison, and all four counts carry with them maximum fines of $250,000, Fishman said.

In April of 2011, Killion was indicted on several counts including two additional unnamed minors.

Killion was accused of sexual assault of one minor at the Bass River State Forest in June of 2010, an incident initially investigated by the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office, Fishman said at the time.

State Police and the Prosecutor's Office then confiscated several items from Killion's home in Absecon, including four computers, multiple disks containing photos, a camera, a palm pilot, camping equipment and a photo of the minor fishing, among other items, Fishman said.

Another unnamed minor then came forward and reported Killion had taken him on several camping trips, shown him adult and child pornography at Killion's home and kept a chart that kept track of the growth of various parts of the minor's body, from the time he was 12-13 years old, Fishman said.

Another search of Killion's home and a vehicle registered in his mother's name turned up a ruler with an apparent hair stuck to it, the alleged growth chart and photographs of other children, among other items.
